Rebuilding Services

Our family of partners allows us to offer rapid response part rebuilding machining services, including fabrication, EDM, Wire EDM, and heat treatment services, for a one-stop part rebuilding experience.

Precision Milling

Precision Milling

Our various sized CNC milling machines allow for machining detailed keyways, indentation and custom designs on multiple materials.

A wide range of machines and tools gives Marvel Machining the flexibility to cater for any custom demand.

Vertical Turret Lathes

Vertical Turret Lathes

Our various vertical turret lathes allow for machining inside and outside seats at various angles while maintaining high accuracy. This is a unique requirement for multi-way valves and angled internal bores used in many different liquid processing industries.

CNC Boring

CNC Boring

Our various CNC Boring Mills ability to bore tight internal dimensions Which is critical in many medium to large valves, or gearbox housings.

Marvel Machining’s range of machines give us the flexibility to cope with your most complex boring needs.

Low Volume & Rapid Response

Low Volume, Rapid Response

Our facility is tailored for fast set-up and rapid response times, ideal for low volume quantities, prototypes, and rebuilding worn parts.

Prototypes:

For low volume production, a facility needs to be able to do fast set-up times with the flexibility to change dimensions up to and even during the machining processes. Our machinists are industry veterans who are able to work with a customer’s engineers to reach the desired outcome. In-house fixture manufacturing and various outside services are part of the requirement to bring your prototype project to life. This is part of the experience that the Marvel Machining team has gained and put in place over the past 38+ years.

Part Rebuilding:

Prototype production requires close teamwork with a customer’s engineering teams, while rebuilding production requires close interaction with a customer’s maintenance and production teams to ensure the rebuilt part will be fit for use in tight timelines. Creativity and experience is of utmost importance to find the best solution in each situation. Our experience of the past 38+ years allows us to find the solution that gets your facility going in the shortest possible time.
